Cant log in on this computer

Alright, we made some progress since yesterday, took me 15 hours to download this game. Nice. Now I have hit yet another road block, I can not log into the game from this computer. I can log into the site and access my account from this computer, usually if it was coming up as a different login then to get into my account on the website would also ask for a code from the email. This is the same computer, same internet same IP, same desk, same area in the house. Since I got such a great response yesterday for my download troubles I figured what could go wrong with asking for help on day 2 of trying to get into the game. So any chance ZOS can send me the email I have been waiting for about a hour, if its going to take 15 hours like the download I can wait that's fine, just would like to know before hand.

    I give up, I had to be on the phone with CS when the game released for a week to even play, now i come back and wanted to try the game again, let the team smooth some stuff out since I am on a 6 month sub (I really enjoyed the game.) And I have to be on the phone again to get to play. I cant get a code from me email because your side is not sending them to certain email providers you even ADMIT IT. But I can receive the emails the reps send me, so why not make a code for me and send it that way? Or have me verify all my info and give me code over the phone. Why is the solution to continue to try and log in when I am not getting the code. I have been trying for 3 hours, its not working so lets try something else. instead I get a response from someone to continue to try logging in, hmmmm I could have gotten that answer from my cat if i asked him, because that's what I have been trying to do already. So I give up do whatever you want.

    I don't think it's anything to do with ZOS not sending the mails. More likely your email provider isn't allowing the message to get to you for some odd reason. I use a GMail account for my 2 ESO accounts, and have never missed an access code email.

    I have heard that Yahoo mail seems to have more issues with this than any other provider though. If you are using them, I'd think about switching.

    I use msn and its worked fine before. And in the email I got from them I got this "We are sorry that you are experiencing some difficulty receiving a security code. At the moment our system is having an issue communicating with some e-mail accounts." This also doesn't count out my other points, I can receive the emails from ZOS reps so cant they make a code and send me one through there? Or have me verify all of my Pii and give it to me over the phone?

    Cause the emails you are getting from your support ticket is coming from a different email address. Create a free gmail account and have them change your email address. I was using my company email for the longest time with no issue until almost 2 weeks ago it would not receive the code. As soon as they changed my email to one of my gmail accounts. I got the code right away.
