Flashplayer Problems - Teso

Hello,

i hope i can explain this Problem that i have with the Flashplayer. I often look at YouTube for Films about TESO. In the last Time i have the Problem that some Videos says i haven`t the newest Plugin for the Flash Player.

I have the Flash Player Version 14.0 on my Windows 8.1 and if i go to the Optionmenue of the Flashplayer, i cant change the Options for the Updates or use the Icon for check out and download the newest Flashplayer Pluginversions. The Icons are greyed out, i can`t use them. Why i can`t use them or where i can change this?

I tried to download a new Version at the www.adobe.com Site but for sure i can`t find the right direction there. I always came to a Site which shows me several Steps to repair something and load 4 different Versions of a Flashplayer Windows 8 (32/64) and Windows 8.1 (32/64). I am more confused now, that isn`t really helpfull.

I fear that i install a wrong Flash Player Version.

I want the newest Version of the Flash Player with the newest Plugins, how i can change or install the right Version over Adobe? I looked at Youtube but the Videos show me older Windows Versions and that don`t work for me.

I am really frustrated because i am no PC Profi, maybe someone can give me a Tip how i can use Update Options in the Flash Player, so i can load the newest Version or Plugin.

Download Google Chrome. It includes its own Flash player.

Why you don't uninstall Flash player first and then "google" install Flash player. Here is link for you
    http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer
I think you have to have administrator rights to istall flash player.
For me it says Version 14.0.0.145

    Your system:

    Windows 64-bit , English, Firefox

in my windows 8.1 (64 bit) laptop.

Thats a good Idea. As i know, Adobe can see which System i use and offer automatically the right Version for the Flash Player i need?
