Bugged Horse - PLEASE HELP!

My Light horse was working just fine, trotting along as normal and then I erroneously decided it was feeding time and must have fed it a poison apple or something...
Anyhow, in all seriousness, my horse now moves slower than walking. I move around just fine until I mount on my horse and then it's snail pace. Horse is completely unusable.
I've checked the run walk toggle and it is not that. Like I said, I move fine while not on my horse, and then when I mount up I go slower than if I were stealthing without Dark Stalker.
PLEASE HELP! Running everywhere sucks...
