Managed to pull up an Inner Sea Scalyfin twice today (lucky me I know) but on neither occasion did I receive the fish or the Achievement. Now the fish itself I'm willing to write off but the achievement is something I'd like to be given credit for.
I submitted the issue in game but figured it couldn't hurt to make a note of it here as well.

✭Broken since release, I 'lost' my first and only 'blue' fish there on day 1 of Early Start, ZOS have known all that time and haven't bothered fixing it.
