No Email Being Sent with Log-in Code

remijarvisrwb17_ESO
When I try to log in to the game, it says that my computer is not authorised to play the game and says it will send me an email with a code. I understand that this is for security measures, and have no problems with it. However, it never actually sends me the email containing the code! As such, it is impossible to log into my own account. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Only the usual suggestions about ensuring you're not 'junking' them.

My experience is that under normal circumstances these arrive often before I get to get to my webmail site. When ZOS do a massive " you all need to re-authorise" their mail servers often grind to a halt and people's codes arrive a long time after they've expired, but that isn't the case right now as far as I can see.

Have you had any other e-mail from your ESO account recently to know for sure you're getting them?

Yes, I've had a subscription confirmation a few days ago.

If you did not receive the code in your email:
Add noreply@mail.elderscrollsonline.com to your list of approved email senders.

If you are using a firewall or anti-virus, temporarily disable them before requesting a new code.

Try these two suggestions. If it doesn't work. You will need to contact support and request an email address change. As this happened to me just over a week ago. I tried these steps and nothing worked so they had to change my email address and after the change I got the email with the access code with no issues.

OK it's fine guys - the emails have finally come through; it just took them a while.

Thanks for the help though :-)

What happens with this a lot is your mail system will mark these as spam. Since 1000s of people on the carrier probably receive the emails.

It would be best to setup an account like GMAIL or something specifically for this game. They should never delay the emails.

For me it is not 1000s on the carrier as it was my company email address and there is only 12 people with email addresses thru the company. So that was not the issue. It was something on their end as the emails starting coming in after 12 hours but by then my email address was changed to one of my gmail accounts.
