How do i edit a poll in the elder scrolls forums?

I have a poll in the forums that i want to edit but every time i try i get a red bar that says Category is required. And i can't pick a category because the category tab is not there. can some one help me please?
sometimes I'll take subjects to far and ask for an arm, leg and maybe an eye, please be patent with me.
