Well sneaking in TES games is not that OP like in ESO. Just recently I played skyrim and from the low levels of sneaking you are discovered from far away if enemy is looking at you.

My problem with sneaking is that it is not sneaking it is in fact invisibility...
Sneaking in TES works very differently than in ESO. Even your armor can give you away due to noise you are making...

It is not a deal breaker for me. I would only like to see more realism into this feature. Or lets say more TES sneaking touch... It would be more fun imho.

I'm 100% for adding the armor "weight" to effect Sneaking, considering they would probably add passives that negate it and/or players with Light Armor wouldn't have any penalty anyway. But, while we're on that thought one could argue that they should add the "weight" of armor into everything, like sprinting for example. A player in full Heavy Armor wouldn't be able to sprint for crap compared to Light Armor. That change I can guarantee wouldn't go over well because we have PvP in ESO and TES games don't.

Sneeking is already in game, admittedly only nightblades have skills in it, but it's there.

Athletics was just being able to run longer, although it did have a side benefit in Oblivion of making you able to fight and block longer. But it's still probably not worth investing in.

If they fix the stamina builds, then athletics shouldn't be needed, if they don't Athletics probably won't be enough. Basically they should make Stamina viable in the game, properly.

Do you ever started an Altmer in Morrowind with all bonus focussing Magicka, and then you noticed that you had only 10 speed and probably mobs walking were faster than you running?

I would love to see Athletics in this game, and I think that Sneaking would be great too.

I agree completely, make a player's sneaking more viable depending on the level they have raised it to. Sneaking could easily be a 50 level tree, say every 5-10 levels sneaking becomes more effective by passive that doesn't require a skill point. Player's would have to earn the right to be able to sneak under someones nose.

I feel CC break and dodging should fall under athletics, also give them their own resource, and a tree to level with. Sprinting would just be a small passive like, minor cost reduction or speed.
