Evasion is "dodging" the heals from Force Siphon (updated with Video)

Simply put, if you have Evasion or its morphs active while hitting a target with Force Siphon, your character will treat the healing projectile as a threat and apply the dodge change to it..

this constitutes a major functionality bug, effectively negating the effect of Force Siphon if you have Evasion active, as well as severely intrupting the flow of combat due to the dodge animation.
