Sound, Long Loading Screens/Crates, Barrels, Backpacks, Etc Not Loading Again

Started a new alt in Daggerfall today. Every loading screen is taking 30-45 seconds or longer. Items are not loading again in the buildings. Most of the buildings I have been in today in Stros M'kai have been empty. If you walk up to where you know a crate or other item should be the E is active but nothing is there. Just like it was before the first hot fix this month.

✭✭I'm running into infinite loading screens when swapping 'toons.
I'm getting to the point where I'm having to restart the program half the time.The problem with society these days is that no one drinks from the skulls of their enemies anymore.0
