Idea for enchanting

Lets see my char 40 level old. Crafting skills:

• Provisioning 50
• Alchemy 32
• Woodworking 25
• Clothing 24
• Blaksmithing 18
• Enchanting 13

Keep in mind that a I didn't spend in the blacksmithng any skill points and never craft by it. I just don't use blacksmithing, only deconstruct scrap. But in the enchanting I spend almost all skill points, but it so low that I can't use own enchantings anymore by level restrictionns.

I think this is not right. My idea to boost enchaning is by give enchanting expirience where it logicaly can be, when: enchant weapons and armor, charge weapons and deconstruct enchanted weapons and armor.
