If you want to have better graphics, you need to turn off the AA & Bloom from the settings. Go to the settings files. Set AF 16, MIP_LOAD_SKIP_LEVELS = -3,
and make your graphic card settings to override AA & AF. Screenshots might look poor then, but the image quality on the screen will be epic. But you need 2 GTX780s.
FYI my screenshots are at 1080p, with MIP_LOAD_SKIP_LEVELS = 0, ingame AA and set the AF 16 on the settings. (make sure you have the settings file read only).

Agree, the moody aesthetic feel that ESO currently has is great. In fact the only problem I currently have with any ESO environment is that I wish the bad weather conditions were a little more intense !
Just be nice to have heavier rain and harder snow every so often,
Going to try it in the morning to get rid of the fog. Are there saturation settings or something? Those screenshots look great. I would love to get rid of some of the depressing brown-green and make the game a little more happy.
Edit: I went ahead and gave it a try tonight. Removing the fog is the best thing ever. Waiting for daylight now to see what kind of changes I want to make to the ini.

Glad you found use out of it. I guess i should have mentioned on the OP, you can adjust pretty much everything as you like. So if you want it to retain that dark, depressing look... You can. I like how ESO looks with the normal settings. But after playing for so long, I felt it was time for a change of scenery. Literally.
which mod are you using op?
Idk, i like it for some reason. Moreso the screenshots in Stonefalls.
Here's the link to the mod. Keep in mind, you can always tweak the settings to your liking. You can even JUST get rid of the fog if you'd like.
