Seleenes Web, Final boss - kept getting kicked for spamming in the middle of fight

I just tried to play Selenes Web. We wiped a bit on the final boss.
Mostly because the server keept kicking me. According to the message of the login screen, for spamming. Wich is odd as usually I was to busy fighting to have writen any chat messages for about a minute.
It was always on the last boss, always in her second (humanoid) form. And always at about the same HP. About 4 times in a row. But never twice in the same fight (I am fast at reconnecting).
I can see only two reasons:
a) The game mistook me for somebody else that was actually spamming. Could happen with a Race condition. But it happened way to regulary for that to seem likely.
b) I know a bit about the chat channels/categories*. The amount of HoT's, DoT's, healing received and abilities I have fired might have been too much in this particular fight. The game mistook it's own messages for messages from me. And kicked my Client for spamming. When it was the game - not me - that wrote too much in channles we usually do not see.
I was a Nightblade with Leeching Strikes & Swallow Soul (both soures of regular heal events).
SS also boost healing resceived, wich might jsut count as a different entry (thus more 'message' raised). And I was under a Molten Weapon spell from an ally (whose damage again might count as a different message).
If you add in the abilities used on me by the adds and maybe account for any special ability seleene might have fired at a certain HP - this might just have pushed the game over the limit.
It is noticeable that I was also hit with the "Art Error" the day before. But since making a repair scan it did not reappear.
