Help and bug reports thought

Might it be possible to have a checkbox or something when you request help to log the same as a bug. Not a big issue.
Customer support (assuming you ask for help first) always kindly suggests that you log a bug report as well.
It would be cool if it were possible to do both at the same time... (Like a cc in email).
If you are worried it might spam either help or bug reporting then perhaps an "are you sure you want to cc bugs."

P.S. Might be the wrong board

A great suggestion and precisely the right place to post it.

For those who don't know there's three completely distinct things people often conflate:

    1) Customer support is there to help with things that can actually be helped... a quest that's bugged might have a workaround they can help you with, or sometimes there's some quests that an in-game GM can help with for some rare situations where your issue needs to be escalated

    2) /bug command is to report a bug so that new bugs that crop up can be worked on, and if you submit a bug you likely won't get a reply, and is certainly not a good way to contact Support in hopes that they'll help you with whatever the problem is

    3) /feedback command is to let ZOS know what you think about something, which is a catch-all for most everything, and there's no reason to contact support about your ideas for the game, complaints about bugs not getting fixed, feelings about the EU server not getting moved yet, etc.

Feedback is also read if posted on the subreddit, their Facebook page (which I've never seen) and even occasionally responded to with Soviet-era Poland-like PR which tends to be counterproductive and inordinately secretive
