Falling to my death after loading

I've been having issues with loading my characters since the patch on Monday. One of my characters spawns in the air and falls to her death. Another spawns halfway underground. The other one randomly spawned in the middle of the water outside Davon's Watch. I reported this in game but haven't received a response. Help please?

emeraldbay✭✭✭✭✭I would suggest moving your characters to a new location and logging out there. If the problem persists, customer support should contact you within a day or so. Just try and be patient.
