Why aren't these bugs fixed yet?

I have had all of these issues this morning during an hour of play after the patch (7/8/14) on the NA server. Every one of these issues has been in the game since beta and reported hundreds of times, and by me after nearly every patch. None of these bugs has anything to do with add-ons since they still happen with no add-ons being used.
I know several people in my main guild have these problems as well.
Game Freezes - A bug that's been in the game since mid beta. The game freezes for several seconds spiking the CPU.
Environment and movement - Getting stuck on a centimeter rock on the ground?
Ultimate - The ultimate power gained randomly resets for no rhyme or reason. It also resets when you level.
Odd Error Messages - Error messages pop up for no reason such as, "You cannot log out during combat" when I am not trying to log out, or "You can not mount during combat" when I'm not trying to mount among others. (Though I admit this happens MUCH less than before)
Powers Stop Working - This happens for no reason, during, before and after combat, and not in combat. You can not use your powers until you hit the escape key to go to the main menu and back out at least once, sometimes two or three times.
So, WHY are these bugs not fixed yet? It is past the point of acceptable. Why are these bugs never in your known issues post?
