The problems is that the game have a X86 Bits client version, The fix is a X64 bits client. CYAO.

No. The problem is bad programming, not a lack of a 64-bit client. Thread lock-ups and syncing problems do not magically disappear just because you compile the code with a diferent version of the compiler. The kind of problem they have openly and admirably admitted to (different threads fighting over simultaneous access to data) is indicative of problems with the software design that goes deep down to the core of the code and their production process. That is probably why they have so much trouble fixing it.

Anyone get better performance after today's patch?

None infact I got kicked from the game 15 min into playing after I patched. Then got booted 3 more times during my limited gameplay today.

still get the low-fps issues, especially in cyrodiil.

What is a bit baffling to me, is that my video settings basically do not affect framerates, there is maybe a 10% difference in fps when switching between "ultra high" and "minimum" video quality settings...
(this holds true for questing as well as PvP mass battles)

The game freezes all time for 3-5 seconds in pve veteran areas. This started to happen to me 3 days ago and thus making gameplay impossible. Is it because of the migrating of the server?Should i pause my sub until u fix it? Really guys try to be more professionals.U have the luxury ppl to pay you monthly to play when all games out there are free.Act like u deserve it.I thought that after todays maintenance this will be fixed...but no...u had as priority to put that crap in client that says that someone cant play if he doesnt has active account.People are not stupid.Fix things that really matter like NB skills or Spindleclutch dungeon and more important of all that damn freeze.

Man I had just gotten rid of the extremely low FPS problem and having some smooth gameplay finally, then 1.2.6 comes out and it degrades my game ONCE AGAIN!?

These issues are now happening constantly in Cyrodiil - stuttering framerate / sound cutting out / extreme FPS drops around enemy players & keeps / crashes all the time / enemy zergs not loading on screen until after I'm killed / 3-4 seconds lag with movements, skills and weapon attacks

Just waiting to get my money's worth here but all I seem to do is troubleshoot the game instead of enjoying it...

For the last week, my performance and, what appears to be, lag, is horrible. The water holes in Alik'r is still absolutely horrid too. I go to 5 fps there. I have also died on a number of occasions when I am mashing a potion or spell to heal, my character does nothing for 5 seconds, but the enemies seem to have no issues continuing to beat on me and no lag visible. That issue started a few weeks ago, but is absolutely worse since the last patch too.

BTW, why wont they tell you what's wrong? Well, if it's causing GPUs to overheat and it's stemming from their side, can you imagine the liability in admitting that? :)

I don't know what the fuss is all about except maybe they didn't support old hardware and are working on adding support for outdated processing hardware. I am running i5-4670k and 780 and I have never had an issue in PvP or PvE. Graphics at Ultra and 2550x1440 res with temps never above 58C. I cannot comment on the other factions as I only have played dominion. I have stable 60FPS whether I am in Cyrodill taking a keep with 50+ players onscreen or questing with rain, particles, friendlies, and enemies everywhere. Sorry to hear that a few people are having so much trouble. Then again latency could be an issue based on what I am reading on sound cutting out and lag. Bashing the company in a thread doesn't fix the game. You assisting the company in tracking down the source of the problem does. Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. That doesn't seem likely based on the tone of this thread. I will digress and thank Zenimax for a wonderful game and wish everyone the best of luck in resolving their individual issues.

Obviously you don't have problems and if u would it wouldn't be coz of your side . Problem is on game side . First we are not talking about few people . Second if those people cant do threads here where they should. They have bought game time and that is not functioning for long time. If they should not speak to the company which delivered product to whom they may speak with. Its easy to be generous if u dont have problems. After all this problem was big issue for long time and lot of players left game coz of that - and that might mess with your game as well.
As conclusion i would suggest u that next time when u provide opinion - get informed before.

Again Zenimax has said the fault is on theire side and they are working on trying to fix it. In the end they might not Place the problem at top because they do not Think the problem is on enought of computer system. i do not know how or if they Think on this. The problem was not fixed in 1.2.6 and are not mentioned in 1.3. So all we can do is post threads so it do not get forgotten and then hope or give up

Dude has no clue abt computers, posting his gfx card temp, yeah thats relevant..... The low temp comes from the GTX 780 beeing a cool card.

I have the exact same setup as you plus 16gb ram, I get *** performance and not that the gfx card temp matters but it's lower than your's, how would you explain that?

And dont be a smartass saying A FEW PPL are having issues.. Is that you Bagdad Bob?

FPS bug still there. I am beyond appalled the game has been unplayable for me for this long. Over a month and no actual viable fix has been found? At this point I've lost any and all faith in your dev team and would like a freaking refund.

These are not individual issues. Congratulations that you have not had any problems, but it has nothing to do with our hardware. This has been well established.

On PTS with Build 1.31 my FPS doubled. Before the patch with graphics set Medium I had < 12 FPS.

After Patch 1.31 in Craglorn (PvE) frame rate on High was ~ 25 FPS; on Medium > 30 FPS. Still not optimal but a definite improvement. :)

Dude. I don't even know where to begin. If there was a problem in the programming that caused the card to overheat it wouldn't matter how good the cooling is because the game would use all of the GPU during those high use situations. Temps vary based on many things it could be that my room is warmer than yours smartass. Or that I am running in a higher resolution and downsampling therefore utilizing more of my card. Others have posted similar information to me without receiving the ignorant bashing. 16G of RAM is really irrelevant information though unless you have a really terrible memory leak and play for extended periods of time nonstop. Which you didn't say.. so I assume that isn't the case.

These are not individual issues. Congratulations that you have not had any problems, but it has nothing to do with our hardware. This has been well established.
If it weren't individual issues then everyone would have the exact same problem. Problems vary from person to person. Just read through this thread and that should be pretty obvious. No need to elaborate or argue, I don't feel like quoting everyone and pointing out the differences. If you don't see it then I am sorry.

I am sure they will get it fixed up. Not sure if most people realize how long it takes to go through the code.. Game has been in development for over seven years and you expect fixes in weeks. That would be reasonable if they knew exactly what the problem was. Everyone here is just angry and this will probably just add fuel for some stupid reason. Patience needs to happen. Because guess what? complaining more doesn't make the game fixed any faster. It just rushes the development and probably get more bugs cause the milk drinkers need their fixes now. I would rather deal with bugs for the next 5 months and have a solid game than an update every week. These are my opinions, bash them as you see fit. Peace

Since they no longer stickied it they just probably trying to let it fade away insted to keep it. Closing it would just prove they have closed down the effort to solve it, perhaps it simply is to complex for them to solve and is now turning the evil blind Eye to it. They do not simply care for those gamers who still is plauged by this problem and do not care if we left or stayed.

I had bad lag issues the past week. I'm not talking FPS drops but 3-4 second delay on skills, hell even buying from merchants sometimes had a significant delay, all while still saying 30+ FPS. I assume that is a lag/latency issue and not computer power. My internet connection is superb so it isn't anything on my end. Updated my gpu drivers last night and it fixed it for some reason.
