There is supposedly going to be road-ahead stuff at quake-con as well though , so it may be shorter than the last ones?PS4 - EU

I think that all the developers are good guys. They all care about this game, and really want it to do well. Sure, they make changes that maybe we don't all agree with. But they are TRYING to fix the issues. Apart from the fact that nothing they do will ever please everyone, as we all want different things, it's a very difficult job to fix bugs quickly without introducing more bugs.

Hands up - we've got things wrong - it's completely unacceptable that the FPS issue has blocked so many of our subscribers from enjoying the game that they are paying for.
We're now on top of the issues that led us to this point and in addition to making some significant changes to our QA processes we've also made a number of key personnel changes including bringing on board a new head of SW Development and a new Test Lead.
I cannot commit to you by when we shall have this issue fixed as the underlying cause is not fully understood at this stage but what I can commit is that the team will not rest until it is nailed (we've instigated a shift pattern to ensure this issue is being worked 24/7, 7 days per week) and you'll get a daily update until we get there.
In the mean time we hope that you enjoy playing through the lovely, fluffy, care bear land that we've just turned the vet zones into - our hope is that you'll all chill out some whilst we try and get things back on track.
P.S. We do plan to allow the option to give your Altmer black hair - hair dyes will be available from the cash shop before the end of the year!
