Cannot reply to whispers.

I'm sure this has been discussed and I've just missed it. This happened to me weeks ago, and then cleared up. It happens with all add-ons, and with no add-ons.
When I get a whisper from "Sir Dragonknight" and I reply using /r or r, the message will not go to "Sir Dragonknight" the character, it will go to "@Tomsmith4242"... but fail, and say No Account Found. If I click the persons name, or hit return if my last chat was a whisper to them, it will work.
Thoughts? Tips?

Spambayes (***EDIT*** Spambayes (http://www.esoui.com/downloads/info382-SpamBayes-theonlyonebayesianspamfilter.html) was the addon causing the problem.
I removed all addons, added them back in small groups, then eliminated them. That is the culprit.

I can say i also met this situation in game, with random people, in random conditions. i can not see any specific issue, or anything. People just whispering me stuff, then when i want to reply on them, in some of the cases is saying "the account not found" or something like that. Same thing i had with a few guild invites.

Does it happens only in this situation or are you not able to whisper at all?
I had this problem with people, who have special characters in their Character name, for example tick, apostrophe and etc.

✭I had this happen when the person whispering me had marked themselves as offline.
They could whisper me fine but I couldn't whisper back.0 -
nudel✭✭✭✭✭This is typically because the person you are trying to whisper is set to 'Offline' or 'Do Not Disturb'. Just post a message in whatever channel they were talking in previously (guild, zone, etc.) telling them to check their friends list and change their status.
While in Offline mode, you can speak, but you cannot receive whispers.0 -
