[BUG] Bat Swarm

@ZOS, there are some relatively serious glitches with bat swarm at the moment.
1. Often when people are in bat swarm, you can't see any of the abilities they are using. For instance, a bat swarmer can be spamming pulsar but you won't be able to see it.
2. Often the bat swarm animation bugs out completely and you cannot see the swarm at all.
On a different note, seeing that bat swarm is actually mobile, do reduce its radius to 8 meters just to put it a little more in line with the rest of the ultimates out there.
