Launcher question

I noticed several times, that when I start the Launcher, at the bottom of the Launcher window it says " Initializing " and then toward the right hand edge it says 100% and then the PLAY button.
But sometimes, like the second time I started the program today, it says " Complete " instead of " Initializing ".
Which makes me wonder, are we starting to play the game before it has totally Initialized even though it says 100%?
Looks like bugs even in the Launcher.
Because waiting a minute or two doesn't seem to make it say " Complete " but it says that < sometimes >.

If I wanted a Signature I would have a Signature --- but i don't want one so I don't have one.
