Sorcerer / Crystal Blast Animation Out of Sync

Haven't played ESO for a little while, not since new patch. Anyway, came back yesterday and noticed the 'Crystal Blast' animation was out of sync with my sorcerer. At the time didn't think anything of it, assumed it would correct itself after a relog. Logged in again this morning and same thing was happening !
The crystal blast isn't starting at the characters hands, in fast its starting the animation way to the left of the character (if it were real life would be about 2-3 feet left of the person)
Taken pics as best I could to show what I mean ! Not only is it annoying, it's quite disorientating.
