Divines and Precise traits do not work correctly

Hi, I crafted an entire set of light armor with the Divines trait (increases Mundus stone effect). When I'm not wearing any armor, my Spell Critical is 5.4% thanks to the active Thief Mundus stone effect.

I also have unlocked two passive skills to increase critical strike chance: Prodigy I (light Armor) and Piercing Spear II (templar).

PROBLEM:

When I'm putting on the individual pieces of the armor, my Spell Critical does not increase until I add 6 pieces and then it suddenly doubles! I've dressed the following pieces with the Divines trait without any change in Spell Critical: shoulders, belt, boots, hands, chest.

Then, when I added a 6th piece - a hat - my Spell Critical suddenly increases to 10.4%. Then adding a 7th piece of armor - a purple-level pants with divines trait - again did not increase my Spell Critical (it remained 10.4%).

I suspect there is a heavy integer quantization bug somewhere. If so, please fix this by computing the things in floating decimal point arithmetic.

PROBLEM 2:

Fully dressed in the white armor -- only the boots are blue, and legs are purple -- my Spell Critical is 10.4%.

Now, I've improved the quality of all the 5 white pieces of the armor from white to green. No change in my Spell Critical (still 10.4%)!

So I've improved the quality of all the 5 green pieces of the armor from green to blue. Again, no change in my Spell Critical (still 10.4%)! I've wasted so much material for nothing. :(

And the increase from white to blue, should have been definitely visible. As you know, the strength of the Divines trait effect depends only on the color of the armor item (regardless of whether it's a major or minor piece), specifically as follows: white: 3.5%, green: 4.5%, blue: 5.5%, purple: 6.5%. As you can see, these numbers are substantially different from each other, by design, yet they have no effect on Spell Critical at all. This is an obvious bug IMO.

EDIT: To the above Divines armor set, I now added (equipped) a purple restoration staff with the Precise trait. This should have increased my Spell Critical by 6%. Well it actually increased from 10.4% to 16.4% -- by about 50%(!) Another quantized abrupt change. Please fix this bugs.

I can add more information if needed.
