And as usual when someone posts this, what's your point in doing so?I have said it before and I'm saying it again, I have four characters in all three factions from lvl20 - VR8, I have yet to hit a bugged quest out there! I had some problems after 1.2.3 but not with quests, but deleting or renaming the UserSettings.txt fixed all my problems. Some quests seams to be bugged, but are not, only thing I had to do was to use my head, which I most of the time don't have to while questing.

Either it's to try to antagonize those who DO HAVE big problems by trying to suggest they're lying .. and suggesting deleting UserSettings will fix broken quests like Eye of the Ancients which a GM failed to get working in 45 mins is fatuous .. or else you're suggesting that these players are too stupid to fix it and it's not ZOS' fault that there are so many people unable to progress.
Which is it?

What a stupid thing to say. Why are you posting this nonsense? "Some quests seem to be bugged, but are not", are you kidding me? Tell me again how can I "use my head" to make an npc appear out of thin air? This "solutions" are just ***, soon people will be erasing UseSettings.txt, playing with no sound while holding a cat upside down and eating a banana with no hands.
