Junk Weapons/Armor in nodes & Bosses Not Dropping Anything Good At All.

Was under the impression that the junk armor/weapons was gunna be removed from nodes. Anybody know if they are gunna fix this issue? Also, I'm getting increasingly frustrated at the pure junk that bosses drop. 95% of drops from bosses are completely worthless and I find that to be extremely annoying!!! All bosses even world bosses drop nothing but junk items if they even drop anything at all. Most all drop a tiny amount gold and some dont drop anything at all! Yeah, I have killed bosses that dont drop anything and then there body just vanishes with their middle finger flipped up at me. Some of the bosses are hard to kill and I have died several times to them and after I finally kill them I have NOTHING to show for all my effort. Thats just flat out depressing & a complete slap to the face by Zenimax!!!

✭✭Although I haven't had this issue lately, a few days ago my wife and I killed a couple of World bosses and received just a few measly pieces of gold. No armor, weapons, or anything of real value. In those cases, it's not worth the armor damage you take when trying to take down the boss.2 -

Blade_07✭✭✭✭Honesty I'm surprised that not more people are up in arms over this. Just ruins the whole experience. I have got to the point where I dont even waste my time with bosses because all I get is disappointed & frustrated with the whole thing. Zenimax NEEDS to make it worth your wile to kill these bosses. They need to add some nice treasure drops from them. Bosses and mobs were great at the start of the game and now they are broken like so many other things. Very sad!

✭✭✭I have to agree......... why are these worthless weapons now in crates, dressers etc?
Also you make the world bosses hard to do but then don't give worthwhile rewards.........
Please re-assess this, the rewards for hard work in this game ARE pitiful and I'm a huge fan!!

Blade_07✭✭✭✭Anybody know if there even gunna fix this at all. I kill hard bosses and this crap armor/weapons is the only thing I get, it tends to make killing bosses VERY disappointing!!! Getting more & more board with the game. Last week or so I dont even play the game that much anymore.

Daethz✭✭✭Yeah, ever since the dungeon nerf before 1.1 I have felt like killing bosses awards nothing and is not worth doing.
The ONLY reason I do solo dungeons is for map completion.
The chance of their blue dropping, and being useful, is extremely slim.
I honestly suggest there be a 100% chance of getting their signature blue on the first kill and then it reverting back to small chances, and making these items nontradable.Waiting, and watching, for the return of Melee Weapons.

Lunerdog✭✭✭✭✭To be honest I'm at the stage of only killing bosses of any kind for the xp as the drops are pitiful.
Solo'd two seperate world bosses to receive one white item and a meagre bit of gold, pants.
Reward system is very poor in this game.1 -
ArcVelarian✭✭✭✭✭I think the idea behind the loot drop nerf was to help with the MASSIVE bot problem that was around at launch. It only really served to punish players, and continues to do so, even though the number of bots has declined dramatically.
They need to seriously increase item drop rates from Group Dungeons and Public Dungeons. Make Boss drops from Group dungeons Bind on Equip, and the ones from Public Dungeons Bind on Pick-up. Jermu73✭✭✭I think that they have to fight gold seller some other way. What's the point killing World bosses if you don't get any good loot or loot at all (i noticed once that you don't get any loot not sure if that was bug and killed that boss by myself at vet level).Edited by Jermu73 on July 13, 2014 4:37AM0
