While fighting the two guys at the bottom of the ship, I died and resurrected using a gem - and when I went back outside after killing them, Eranamo was nowhere to be found even though the indicator said he should be right next to me. Went back in, he's not there - came back out, still nothing. Can't complete the quest!

Hmm, i don't know what to suggest other than retaking the mission again, at least it's pretty quick.
