Good laptop, bad laptop

I have 2 Toshiba Satellite laptops (different model numbers), one of which performs well running ESO, the other has load lag issues and frequent "death by invisible mob" events. I'm attaching the reports from both, can you please advise if there is any way to get the bad one to perform as well as the good one, or at least better?

That would have been interesting to get the reports, bc I suspect the lag/connectivity issues to be more of a ESO-hardware compatibility than purely an ESO server or a user specs issue.
I'm playing default settings(all settings are set to 'high' kind of) on a very average desktop (i5, 4gig RAM, GeForce GT 630) and I'm only experiencing lag in crowded areas at peak hours.
Playing on a 6 or 40 mbps connection (2 different ISPs) didn't bring any noticeable difference.
