Mundus Stones: Which ones do you use?

Hullo.
I often wonder what the best mundus stone for each build i use is, probably often choosing badly.
Most of the time i just stick to whatever buffs the pool that character most uses. Magicka/Stam or in the case of my Orc dragonknight.. Magicka regen.
I am pondering getting the Shadow on my close assault Templar as it seems to crit a LOT already so prolly theif not needed.
What do you tiddly peeps use?
