This is also why I object to the term "boss" and seeing how different and in some cases difficult a battle has to be and of course the whole PvP and PKing element. These are not why I play RPG or MMO games. I play them for the story depth, the puzzles, the action, the quests--I do not look forward to difficult encounters where I have to replay something over and over again. If ESO had no PvE or Solo element to it and nothing but blood and gore I wouldn't have considered playing. If ESO is deceitfully trying to get me into PvP and PKing you can forget trying--you will fail forever. But for the moment I'm really enjoying the PvE alliances and really rich questing without blood and gore and that makes all the difference I need to make that part of ESO a good game in the 90's, but for all the other problems that keep it sunk down to the 70's.
you are free to think whatever you wish about this poll and the society. it is just a game though. look at dead rising series, its main attraction is mixing/building weapons in order to kill in the most gruesome ways and it is advertised as 'funny experience'. some people enjoy this kind of thing. there is nothing wrong in it. what I find disturbing is that some people associate 'blood and gore' with personality disorders and people who hold an ill intent towards other human beings in general. I find it unfound and damaging. players, very often wish to participate in something that they would never do in the real life and such extremes as blood and gore offer it to them. in my second post in this thread I have said it myself 'grotesque and unrealistic, over the top'.Regardless... just look at the results. The vast majority want the whole nine yards of gore while the weak want none of it. A terrible poll and a terrible society.
different people have different priorities. I would say: before balancing: erase classes.NadiusMaximus wrote: »Enough with these add this add that polls.
fix and balance then add stuff.
