Greetings folks!
We're aware that the FPS issue did not get fixed after yesterday's patch and, in some cases, actually made it worse. Our team has identified what's causing this, and we are working on a hotfix now. We will keep up to date when this hotfix will be deployed.
Thank you!

And how about converting your 4MB .bmp screenshot to a reasonable .jpg before you upload? Sheesh.

I'm experiencing all of the noted issues as well, in all pve zones. It makes veteran Crypt of Hearts relatively unplayable in the never-ending trash and boss fights. Combined with the keyboard/mouse ceasing to function bug, it makes everything else nearly unplayable.
I love the game, but these bugs, and a host of others need to be fixed immediately lest the remaining players decide to go elsewhere.

Please try this.
Shutdown the game
Go into the Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live(eu)-Folder.
Delete the ShaderCache.cooked file
Delete the AddOnSettings.txt file
Delete the UserSettings.txt file
Start the client and adjust the graphics settings.
It fixed the lag in PVE for me.
Greetings
Old system: 2600K CPU, 32gb ram, gtx 780, ssd, Win7.
New system: 4790 CPU, 32gb ram, gtx 770, ssd, Win7.
Old system, I had the lag, invisible enemies/attacks, missing furniture and constant load screens with the last big Patch. After building the new system, my game is playing smoothly without any of these.
Only major difference is the cpu.
ya
So why they keep tuning it up so only ultras can run the dang thing? Don't they test it on a spectrum? Maybe so.
