Scroll Carrying SuperMan Speed

Are there still instances of SuperMan faster than a speeding plane scroll carriers? I know a few days ago it was happening on Auriels Bow NA and Dawnbreaker NA. Many people reported, not sure if that stopped it or not. Also, is this an exploit of the game, a hack, or...? Even using a Transitus to get far ahead of the scroll carrier wasn't fast enough.
