Customer Feedback on game issues

Last night I played ESO in a ghost town. The player density was extremely low compared to what I saw a month ago.

Please expedite fixing the issues still haunting the game. Selfishly I want the game to succeed so I can enjoy it for years to come. The Elder Scrolls genre is enjoyable for me.

But I think before getting to far down the road on balance issues and added content; the basics of the game need stabilizing, like:

Key strokes actually working the first time.

Weapon swapping functioning as designed.

The “Q” quickslot system working with one key stroke not having to spam the button to get it to work.

Broken skills for the classes. How can you identify and balance skills issues when the original build is bugged? Fix the classes to function as desired and then balance.

Broken quests

I have to log out and in at least 6 times a night to fix unresponsive quests, etc.

I use the /reloadui command so much I created a macro botton on my G510.
This list is by no means exhaustive. And please take this as constructive from a customer that really wants this game to succeed.

OP, you've done a great job of articulating my feelings on the issue here. Like you I've been experiencing all of what you said and much more. I love the Elder Scrolls franchise but it's just really frustrating.
