Dreamslayer acheivement bug

I have completed all the quest line in Stormhaven. Killed the night terror in the kings dream, turned Alcaire castle white but still haven't received the Dreamslayers achievement for Cadwells gold. I've read that it was an early bug tha was supposedly fixed in 1.1.3. Well its not fixed.
