Twilight Matriarch not healing

The Twilight Matriarch no longer heals. I've tested this in both PvP and PvE, and no matter how many times I drop below 35% health, my Twilight Matriarch refuses to heal me. This is an important self heal for sorcies and should be fixed ASAP.
