Killing Uwafa bugged

Get him down to the last 2 adds he has, hit him and he gets stuck in a loop where he is permanently in his shield. The other 2 adds just stand there and don't start on me. I exited the area, went back in, still the same. Exited area and relogged, still the same. Abandoned quest, and he still does the same. This is part of Cadwells silver no? How am i supposed to continue on?
