Cannot reset password

I forgot my password, so when I go to reset it I haver to ask a Security Question, which I am answering correctly, but it does not work. I know I am answering it correctly because I specifically wrote it down in a file.
Attempts to contact ESO by email and phone have failed , phone goes dead every time I phone, and email is a generic response "We will assume your issue has been resolved if we do not hear from you within 168 hours (7days)." bla bla bla.
Is it really that hard to reset a password?

The numbers thing is always going to be there, but it’s more down to player skill and there are ways through ability choice to configure a group to be stronger vs. large groups of people. - BRAIN WHEELER - 2012 - LOL
