Patch v1.2.3 messed up my total armor rating. I lost 300 base armor with the change to the "Rugged" passive skill in place of damage reduction instead, but my rating went down a lot more than that.
I have the Heavy Armor "Resolve" passive which raises my armor rating by 3% per heavy item I wear, and I wear all 7 for a total of 21% bonus. The armor rating from all 7 pieces add up to 1443. Before the patch, the math all worked correctly:
(1443 + 300) * 1.21 = 2109.03
With the HarvensExtendedStats addon my character sheet showed:
1904+205/1720 (1904 + 205 overcharge = 2109)
So with the change to "Rugged" my armor rating should be as follows:
1443 * 1.21 = 1746.03
I should still be past 1720 and into my overcharge, but my character sheet shows:
1641/1720
I'm getting ripped off for 105 armor.
You can also see something's wrong when I equip just my belt only, which has exactly 100 armor. My total shows as only 96, which is LESS than the base! It should be 3% more than the base with one heavy item equipped.
