Since the patch 1.2.3 i've been unable to play your game because of the fps drop. And that's because you messed something up and made it unplayable. It will be a total time of a week (if you manage to fix it on tuesday of curse) im unable to play.

Please, for the sake of acting like professionals at least on customer relations, compensate (just add the extra number of days, that the issue was present to our accounts) for the days until the mess you crated is fixed. I'm paying for this and i can't even play the main aspect of your game (cyrodiil) more than 2 minutes without getting my fps down to 2. Yes, 2 fps.

As much as i enjoy the game, i'm not going to pay for the incompetence of programmers that can break the game so badly.

    I have not been getting this FPS drop issue, instead i have the same FPS i have always had with massive "input to result" lag due to CPU overload...

    I might as well be playing TitanFall over a dial-up modem...

    I also would like Compensation.

    Zenimax are you even testing your patches? Last one introduced memory leak damaging or hardware, now this. This is not some sort of rookie hour, we're supposed to be paying to top notch company.

    I was enjoying the game and Cyrodiil. This recent patch has made it impossible to pvp for me.

    Not only do I get the FPS issue, but I also get killed by invisible players before they even load on my screen, as well as invisible projectiles that I never see coming.

    I've been FORCED to quit because this company can't update or test their patches correctly.

    Such a shame, I really love this game.

    Hello there, @Nitratas‌. The FPS drop issue in select Cyrodiil campaigns is a known issue, and is slated to be fixed on Monday, June 30, with patch 1.2.4.
