30 mins still no password through email.
Yer the title basically, does it normally take this long? I've entered my password twice, each 15 mins apart, still no email.

✭✭✭✭✭If you don't receive the notification email, make sure your spam folder is empty and that it isn't being filtered out by the ISP/mail provider. Also, make sure your email address is correctly registered to your account.
Remember also that you have to attempt to log in to get the prompt to enter the one-time password, and that it is only then that the email is sent. Some people are seemingly running the patch and then checking their email box without first attempting to log in.
I had to enter the "one-time" password last night and again today (successfully both times), let's hope it's no more than a "two-times" password!Edited by Tandor on June 26, 2014 3:24PM2 -

✭✭This has to be an ISP issue. I had to put in a code the other day and it was in my mail before I could minimize the screen and always has been1 -

I'm usually stoic about MMO "hiccups".
The issues brought about by this latest update has me seriously rethinking the wisdom (the lack of ~~ I tell myself) in continuing to support the game.
The very fact that it took an hour + for the access code to reach my inbox while every other email could immediately reach me...
Well... It sadly feels like the last straw.0 -

Most likely it has been blocked by either your ISP or email provider. There are various things you can try, but it depends on the options that they make available. Try temporarily turning off any spam filtering, add ZOS to the email whitelist, checking junk mail folders etc.0 -
ZENTRIERERSoul Shrivensame problem here, my wife is trying to play since the update was released with no luck either. the email simply does not arrive. i neither am a noob and its just a fact that there is no email there.
after talking to the supporters on the phone, they just suggested to make a new email adress and link it in her account... what the *** zenimax? it used to work just fine before and now she has to get a new email adress for this? are you kidding me? she also asked for the 2 lost days of gametime and the guy said that he is sorry and doesnt know whether she will get it back or not... this is ridiculous.0 -
