    Actually ZoS confirmed sometime after my comment that the corrected speed boost while sneaking for that set will be 60% and changed in update 3.

    Agreed. NBs as a class should be the single fastest sneaks in the game. It's pretty much a class design.

    You seem to be under the impression NB skills do what the tooltips suggest. They do not. Concealed weapon doesnt increase sneak speed. It increases cloaked movement speed only.

    Concealed Weapon does in fact increase normal Sneaking speed. For those NB's who do not have the Shadow Dancer set or Dark Stalker in the Vampire tree it's barely noticeable which is why many think it's broken.

    If its not noticable id say its either broken or the tooltip is not accurate.
    P2P offered you 'hell yeah!' moments. F2P offers you 'thank god its over' moments.

    If you can't play NB without sneaking you need to change your playstyle and learn some tricks.

    If you know how to play an assassin NB, you are going to rely on sneaking. If not, you're doing it wrong.

    Yes you can also play a nightmage and get a robe and staff. Different playstyles.
