Quest and other sounds have disappeared

Since V1.2.3 the sound for completion of a quest line is no longer occurring. On the latest quest area I completed I got no text notification. Also when I read a lore book I get no text or sound notification that I have read it.

I've noticed the sounds and some of the notifications for quest completion have disappeared. Not a huge deal, but I kind of miss the quest completion sound.

It would seem from the responses that this is a display error and that the xp/achievements/ap are being awarded. They're simply not showing onscreen when they do. Either way, the second thread has a response from Gina that they're investigating.
