Scroll Captures not showing up on screen

Every time someone steals a scroll from the temples, It doesn't show up on my raids screens. You can literally capture scrolls and put scrolls in keeps and NO NOTIFICATION will pop up on your screen. Everyone in my raid group experienced this
I'm not sure if this is a UI issue or what. Anyone else experiencing this?
