Vampirism Invigorating Drain - it is BROKEN NOW?!?!?!??!

Zenimax,

Way to go with fixing the "vampirism feeding" and breaking Invigorating Drain. Are you trying to get everyone to stop playing Vampires...?

See the screen shot. (Upper right corner, "This target is too powerful for that effect") I am V6 going on V7 and the mob is V6. While I get that I cannot do invigorating drain on a storm atronach (boss) with 24k health, a 2.4k mob that is my level and isn't a boss should not be any problem. If I can stun them with Daedric Minefield and Crushing Shock, I should sure as hell be able to use Invigorating Drain. This is a key mechanic for vamps fighting mobs with fire because of the stun and the health regen... way to make the vampire unplayable!

What the hell are you guys doing? Really, what is so important about interior lighting that you would spend any development time on it vs fixing core issues? [snip] It doesn't seem to me that you guys are testing the game when you "fix" something. I used to think that Bethesda was a solid company and put out some amazing games that were solid but my experience with Zenimax makes me rethink that. I may start to avoid all Bethesda & Zenimax games like I avoid FunCom games after their work on Age of Conan)

This patch is really horrible. (And I don't think you are giving the add-on market enough time on the test servers to get their add-ons working before you push a patch out... but that is another diatribe for later...you launched without a test server up for the public...[snip]...)

I though there were few elite bosses those were immune to vamp drain, like storm atronach or harvesters and so on .

It's probably the same thing that's making npcs immune to multiple ccs (even if they are different ccs) Don't expect any comment though. Zen is pretty good at not commenting on stealth nerfs.

It's not just a stealth nerf, this is a CORE PART OF THE SKILL. Jacking this up, intentional or otherwise, makes vamp unplayable if you are going against anything with fire.

At the moment being a vampire is REALLY bad. The Fighter's Guild Skill called Silver Bolts is bugged and will 1-shot any vampires in PvP. The chances to 1-shot were 5% before but since the patch this skill is broken and the proc that had a 5% chance before the patch to do insane damage will hit 100% of the time on vampires now.

Bethesda has nothing to do with this besides helping with the lore. This is all on Zenimax.

If we cant drain there is no point to vamps anymore. I dont even play my main anymore who i decided to make a vamp

This sounds bad. The drain skill, though, I haven't used ever since I reached the VR zones. There were other, better skills for me to use and the damn thing never worked properly in pvp.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom ---- Sorry for tagging you in two places, however this sort of thing hurts vamps a lot. I'm a NB Vamp and can hold my own and then some with anyone... however so far there has not been a time other than pre-nerfs that everything worked according to it's description in regards to Vampires.
