My account is blocked after another. First, says FARM GOLD. The second reason is also the investigation, but I just got 15lv took five days. Just to add, I command in SEA guild, Not Yet Solved [NYS], comprising of Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwanese members as many AD could see during SEA timing in wabba. The OP is one of my guild members. From what I gathered, he claimed that he was wrongfully banned and ignored by the dev team.
I am not in the position to comment as I do not know how conclusive are the results of their investigation. However I do urge the developers to take a careful look whether he had breached the TOS resulting in a ban or rather discrimination because his English is bad when he raised the ticket. I cannot write on his behalf on what transpired but if he indeed exploited, cheat or RMT, a good reply would be appreciated and I will also remove him from my guild.
Ps: Making fun of people because of the inability to write well aint classy.
