Fix the boss spawn times or change all dungeons to instances.. Also bugged boss achievments.

If you have a problem with the botters botting, that's alright, but all I want is to get the public dungeon achievement skillpoints. This is severely hindering progress. If botters are that bad that they hang out in public dungeons farming monsters, then make public dungeons and EVERY other dungeon become an instance. I'm sick and tired of going into dungeons to get stuff done on my characters and not being able to kill a boss for days. This is directly affecting my stamina vs magic tests at the moment.

So then I killed the bosses in the Lion's Den area and received no credit for the achievement as well... That was the part that was disappointing the most. All I wanted was the achievement so I can level my Undaunted skill line and gain skill points, but dungeon achievements are no longer leveling my dungeon skill line for some reason either anymore... Please look into this...
