Weapon swap & buttons 1-5 delay

Weapon swapping and buttons 1-5 delay themselves in combat about (estimating) 70% of the time. It can be up to a second, and sometimes its cancelling itself.

This is my biggest reason for dying and is my only pet peeve about this game. An instant area of effect attack followed by single attack can turn disastrous. Especially when you think you swapped to your 2nd set, but you're still on your first.

I've been trying to research this problem and found others have been experiencing this, but there hasn't been any clarification from an admin about this being a bug, perhaps a result of an addon, etc. from what I have found. I would like to bring this issue to light.
