Sure, Dunmer used to have slaves, but Altmer still have slaves. It seems wrong to give Altmer a free pass just because people consider goblins to be savages. Heck, a lot of people consider Argonians to be savages (one of my favorite quotes from Ebonheart: "An Argonian savage made this?"), so why do Dunmer get hate for enslaving Argonians, but Altmer don't get hate for enslaving goblins?

At least dunmer own it, its part of their charm. The whole 'we don't keep slaves, we aren't racist except for a few of us (that happens to be nearly all important characters in the 1-25 AD)' coming from altmer seems so disingenuous.

Altmer - bunch of stuck up whatnots.

I have a redguard, orc, breton and two khajiit at the moment. No current plans to add more. Kind of nice being an orc in EP - hardly ever see any other orcs unless I am sticking a sword in them. Think I have only ever seen one other female orc.

Heh. I made an actually rather nice looking Argonian, with the Woodstock feather-do (took me a while, didn't think I'd come up with anything pleasing). Gave him a mix of fiery Ardent Flame and Draconic Power spells, including the flame breath, and keep him in metal armour (the lower level stuff blended in with his scales pretty good, he just hit 31). Close enough, and probably the closest I'll get in any MMO to Godzilla.

As for races I don't play, well, humans and mer, but especially humans. But never say never. I do get a giggle out of Nords, but I doubt I'll ever bother making one (though them or Bretons would probably be my "token human".)

A nord, a Breton and a Redguard are being imprisoned by Altmer, to be excecuted by Bosmer bowmen.

The Redguard thinks of a cunning plan and says, " Look, these Bosmer are country folk & very scared of natural disasters. So when you are taken put in place to be shot, just shout out some natural disaster and they will run for their trees, and you can escape". The Breton & Nord agree, this is a brilliant idea.

The Breton was first to be taken out. he was placed by a large tree, and just as the Bosmer take aim, he shouts "EARTHQUAKE!" And just as the Redguard said, the Bosmer run, terrified for their lives, and the Breton escapes.

When calm was restored, it was the Redguards turn, Very confident that his plan was a success he walked to the place by the tree, and just as the Bosmer took aim, he shouted "TSUNAMI!"

Just as before, the Bosmer flee for their lives and the redguard escapes.

The Nord was laughing into himself, as he watched and thinking "These country bumpkins are idiots".........

Just as before, after the chaos faded & order was restored, the last was led out towards the tree.

Just as the Bosmer took aim, he shout "FIRE!".

Any kind of Elf, no way I ever play any kind of Elf, arrogant tree hugers the lot!. I do wish I could play a Dwarf but I know in the TES lore they have vanished from the world, I keep waiting for them to suddenly re-appear.

@SDZald Dwemer were a type of Elf, and were as tall as anyone else, you might be disappointed by TES Dwarfs.
