Stuck inside a Cage

In the Guild Quest Prismatic core, at level 25 I guess. Got power attack hit by the enemy and flew right into the cage. I don't really think it is part of the quest. I can't move out of the cage. I tried to relog but that didn't help.

NeverMind. Quitting the game fixed it. I am back at the Town.
