Question about GM's

How often do GM's show up in game? Do they look out for influxes of bot reports, or are they on a schedule? Or is it something devs do on their free time?

Also, I would LOVE it if there were some kind of animation that happens when a bot is banned by a GM, like the banish daedra effect from Silver Bolts or something, having them die screaming engulfed in fire.
