I have had contact with Customer Service [Incident: 140612-001099] because I havent been able to renew my account. ZoS hasnt provided an answer for a week. Before that we have had nice communication.

My VISA wont work, there has been some inconsistency between the bank and ZoS. My brother bought the Digital Copy for me with a PayPal account, after that I paid the 2nd month with my VISA, for the 3rd month my VISA isnt good enough, I have been told this might be because of Postal Code doesnt work outside of US, but it did work the first time I used my VISA.

Ive changed adress now since the first time I used my VISA, I changed this in Billing too, I have replaced my 4 digit postal code to 00000 like ZoS told me, but still no luck.

But I cant wait for this to be fixed, asked Support what can I do? Im GM in a medium sized guild (350 members), surely they wonder where I am,Tons of guilds are missing their GMs for some reason or the other, and I dont want to disappear and just leave the members shafted in a guild that no longer will work.

So until that gets fixed, I chose to buy a Prepaid Gametime Card, the problem with that is I didnt have a Game Registration Code that works. I wasnt even aware I had a Game Registration Code, but ZoS says its the code in Billing History, which looks like this:

But this is NOT the correct Game Registration Code, the pop up says its Invalid. ZoS says this is the Code my account is registered with, but what can I do?¨

Do I have to use the same PC I installed ESO in for the first time? Cant I use another PC with a copy of ESO in it and pay?

To complicate this even more, the Prepaid game time code card I bought, had the silver concealer sticking so hard to the digits beneath, that parts of them were ruined, but most of the digits are visible, and some can be guessed. I honestly believe ZoS has certain security measures in case stuff like this happens.

So ZoS asked me to take a picture of the card and the receits from the store where I bought it. I reacted with happiness, and thought finaly, I will get into ESO and have fun with my new friends and guildies.

But after I send the pictures to ZoS 1 week ago, I havent got a reply, they havent even confirmed they got a mail, I have resent it 4 times, but im starting to feel ignored.

I wont post the emails, but I can promise the communication has been very polite and helpful, both ways. Until I did as they asked, and sent the Pics of the code and receits.

What do I do now? Can I expect to be ignored? Not getting a response? WHats going on? WHat do I tell my guildies? Should they disband and make a new guild?

This royally sucks arse, cant tell you how much really

Subscribe via PayPal. Return gametime to whatever retailer you got it from if the numbers aren't easily visible, they will refund.

No, they wont, they said to bring it up with ZoS. And ZoS asked me to give them Pics because they are aware this is their responsibility. They are the only one who can actually verify if the card has been used.

Ah, okay. In the UK you could return it to the retailer, they're legally required to exchange something which is faulty. Not sure about Norway.

So if someone came into a store and said they scraped off some of the digits, you would give them the money back? That would mean everyone with a used card could ruin a few digits and go get their money back.


I dont have a Game Registration Code that works either, so I cant even try to use the Prepaid game time code in the first place, even if it wasnt partly ruined
