[BUG] Character Dies But Doesn't Die

I encountered this issue twice in the span of about an hour, there's just no other way to title the issue, so allow me to explain.

Essentially, I am fighting a mob and I "die". The first time I popped a health potion at the exact brink of death moment. There was the flash of blue light that disappeared, my stats regenerated, the mobs despawned and I was confused. I thought it might have been lag, so when I tried to ask in /zone if any others had the same issue, I was told "You are dead". Thing was that I wasn't dead. I had my corporeal form, normal lighting and did not even have the option to resurrect at a wayshrine or in place, nor did I have a death recap which I have enabled. I tried interacting with other objects and NPCs, but was told I was dead. I filled a bug report and logged out hoping it would solve the issue. When I loaded back in, I was dead and the usual resurrection question was asked.

A while later it happened again. I died without dying. It happened so fast with my stats suddenly jumping back up and the mobs de-spawning, but as it had happened earlier, I knew immediately what it was. Again, I was dead but not dead. My character was in her corporeal form, normal lighting and no death options. I was stuck as if I was dead though being unable to do things that living characters did. With from my appearance and the lack of death recap/options, I looked pretty alive. I logged out and back in and was dead as before.

I have only noticed this bug since yesterday's patch. It hasn't happened previously. While it is not entirely game-breaking, it is a bit disconcerting as you aren't really sure what is going on in the moment when it occurs. Having to keep logging in and out is also a pain, and deaths that occur with that bug do not offer a death recap (even upon relogging in).

This is not a new bug it has been happening to me for some time, I did bug report it originally, several times but now I just relog as that always fixes it. The only positive thing I can say is that I have found it's occurrence to be infrequent. However when it does happen in a play session it is likely to happen more than once, next session probably not at all

Had this happen to me too, was low on health and popped a potion.. the boss I was fighting despawned and I couldn't interact with anything. Relogged and when I came online again I was in fact dead...

This is an error that happens sometimes when you die to server side bosses, but the client fails to update correctly

You know that quest where the sorcerers Son gets killed in that chapel, and Dad goes running of for revenge? Well after Dad left the building the Son got back up and starts looking around.

Seems it happens more on fights where mobs come in waves. I had it happen another two times this afternoon -_-
